Professor Rex Li is a pioneering educator for the gifted and a psychologist. He received a Doctor of Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. As the founder of the Gifted Education
Council, G.T. College, and the Hong Kong Mathematical Olympiad School, he serves as a consultant and advisor to many local and international institutions. He was appointed Visiting Professor at the Institute of Psychology at the Chinese Academy of Sciences (1997) and at the Dewey Centre of Fudan University, Shanghai (2016).
Professor Li is the Chief Editor of John Dewey’s Selected Works and Research MI, and he is the author of many scholarly works, the latest being Rediscovering John Dewey: How his psychology transforms our education (Palgrave Macmillan, 2020). He also maintains an academic webpage(profrexli.com) for his readers and the general public.

陳偉傑校長( Dr. David Chan )為教育博士、資訊科技教育理學碩士及工商管理學士。陳校長在教育界發展多年,先後任職於中學、小學及專科學校。陳校長於2003年加入優才書院,教學及行政經驗豐富,曾主管學校不同部門。
陳校長相信成功的教育需具前瞻性,培育未來社會優秀的領袖人才是優才書院的使命。在這個快速變化的時代,教育工作者更需要培養孩子立足香港、背靠祖國及放眼世界的胸懷。教育不限於
豐富的學術知識傳授,培養孩子們廿一世紀技能,如溝通協作、正面思考、生活解難、創意思維及國際視野等更為重中之重。
優才書院近年在本港及國際的STEAM大賽屢創佳績,先後奪得「國際電子學習獎」、「香港科學青苗獎第一名」、「全國未來工程師大賽一等奬」及「大灣區智慧交通挑戰賽總冠軍」等殊榮。陳校長認為成功的STEAM教育不僅是一門綜合學科的教育,而是一場教育模式的變革。透過把STEAM教育的學習精神融合於不同學習範疇,能改變傳統教育模式,培訓學生成為知識探究者,充分裝備自己,接通知識之門,適應急速多變的未來。陳校長相信通過高質量及具開創性的教育改革,有利於教育質素持續提升,亦有助於培養學生未來競爭力。

楊美玲副校長( Ms. Meiling Yeung )畢業於香港公開大學,獲教育榮譽學士(小學教育)學位,於香港柏立基教育學院主修體育,取得教育文憑。她曾在2014年獲香港教育工作者聯會選為優秀教師。楊副校在教育界發展多年,她在2008年加入優才書院,曾在不同部門工作,包括生教組、活動組及才華發展組,現時是Division C主管,負責主理生命教育組、家聯組等工作。
楊副校相信孩子是未來社會的主人翁,學校就是一個小社會,而教育就讓孩子學習成為社會棟樑,因此學校將為孩子提供一個完整的學習經歷,發展五育,培育正確的價值觀,提升生命的質素。
楊副校深信用愛可以打造孩子的品德,孩子在充滿愛的環境下,可以成為一塊無價寶;在發展智育的同時,我們需要讓孩子回歸心靈的培育,讓他們找到學習的快樂,透過不同的課程及活動,讓孩子學會說好話、做好事、存好心。

吳家康副校長( Mr. Sam Ng )先後於香港教育大學、香港理工大學、香港大學取得教育學士、文學碩士及歷史研究碩士學位。吳副校主力統籌學生才華發展工作。
吳副校一方面致力以優才書院的校本資優課程為核心,有系統地為學生提供質量兼備的資優教育,實踐「多元智能、因材施教、群策群力、琢玉成器」的資優教育理念。另一方面,他亦期望透過帶領學生研習歷史,走出教室,讓他們明白學習不為時地所囿,歷史、文化、知識就在身邊,就在生活,伸手可及,舉足可至。
吳副校一直深信優才書院帶給學生的絕不只卓越的學術表現,多元的才華發展機會,更是喜悅的校園生活,開闊的視野。

梁珏琛助理校長( Ms. Leung Kwok Sum )畢業於香港教育大學,修讀中文、常識及普通話,獲小學教育(榮譽)學士學位,已通過國家語委普通話水平測試及取得普通話教師語文基準嘉許狀,及
後於浸會大學以優異成績取得中國文學、語言及文化碩士學位。
梁助校對文學創作深感興趣,曾於青年文學獎、大學文學獎中獲獎,作品散見於香港文學雜誌,又於公共圖書館、資優教育學苑等不同機構教授文學課程,推動文學創作。在職期間,梁助校曾
多次與香港教育大學中文系合作,進行文學教學研究活動。她獲邀參與浸會大學人文及創作系「賽馬會中國詩人別傳教育劇場計劃」,又與香港中文大學賽馬會公共衞生及基層醫療學院「賽馬
會網樂童行家庭支援計劃」製作繪本《呼吸》、《影子大王的突襲》及《身體旅行團》。
梁助校主力統籌學與教工作,專注於課程研究。近年,梁助校致力推動電子教學、提升學校評估素養,藉此促進學生自學,提高學與教的成效。

Ms. Wincy Wong obtained her Master of Drama Education from Griffith University in Australia. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Contemporary English Studies and has completed the English Language Proficiency Assessment, along with her Postgraduate Diploma from the Education University of Hong Kong.
With her extensive academic credentials and a deep passion for language and drama education, Ms. Wong has established herself as an experienced and versatile teacher. She has worked as a dedicated facilitator, guiding students to participate in various prestigious competitions and events, including the Hong Kong Schools Speech Festival, the Hong Kong School Drama Festival, the Interschool English Radio Drama Competition, and the Hong Kong Budding Innovators Award. Beyond her classroom responsibilities, Ms. Wong is deeply involved in various school-wide initiatives and extracurricular activities. Her passion for scriptwriting and performing has made her a valuable asset to the school community. She takes great pride in seeing her students rewarded for their hard work, teamwork, and commitment, which are hallmarks of her teaching approach.
Ms. Wong has been appointed the Group Head of the Gifted Education Group. In this role, she is a tireless advocate for the needs of gifted students and those with high potential. She exemplifies effective teaching practices and systematically develops her students’ potential by providing them with opportunities to receive education at appropriate levels in a flexible teaching and learning environment.
Ms. Wong enjoys teaching children and finds it immensely satisfying and rewarding. She believes that all children need to feel loved and appreciated. The best way to nurture positive children is to have teachers and parents who love them unconditionally and serve as excellent role models. She is dedicated to bringing out the best in her students in a loving and caring environment.
