Professor Li received a Doctor of Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. He is a psychologist as well as a pioneering educator of the gifted in Hong Kong. Being the founder of the Gifted Education Council, G.T. College, and the Hong Kong Mathematical Olympiad School, he serves as a consultant and advisor to many local and overseas institutions. He was appointed Visiting Professor in the Institute of Psychology at the Chinese Academy of Sciences (1997) and Fudan University, Shanghai (2016). He is Chief Editor of John Dewey’s Selected Works and author of many scholarly works, the latest being Rediscovering John Dewey: How his psychology transforms our education (Palgrave Macmillan, 2020). 陳偉傑校長( Mr. David Chan )為工商管理學士及資訊科技教育理學碩士，現正修讀教育博士課程。陳校長在教育界發展多年，先後任職於中學、小學及專科學校。陳校長於2002年加入優才書院， 教學及行政經驗豐富，曾主管校務、學生事務、家長聯絡及資訊科技等不同部門。

陳校長近年多次帶領師生參與不同的本港及國際的STEAM比賽，並取得佳績，如：「香港科學青苗獎」、「全國未來工程師 大賽一等奬」、「國際電子學習獎」及 「國際機械奧運會」 等。他相信把STEAM教育融合於不同學習範疇，能改變傳統單向教育模式，培訓學生成為知識的探究者，充分裝備自己，接通知識之門，適應急速多變的未來。

陳校長相信成功的教育需具前瞻性，培育未來社會優秀的領袖人才是優才的使命。他將繼續致力為老師及同學創造「喜悅」的學習氛圍，成就老師及同學們的「卓越」表現，擁抱光明的未來。

楊美玲副校長( Ms. Meiling Yeung )畢業於香港公開大學，獲教育榮譽學士（小學教育）學位，於香港柏立基教育學院主修體育，取得教育文憑。她曾在2014年獲香港教育工作者聯會選為優秀教師。楊副校在教育界發展多年，她在2008年加入優才書院，曾在不同部門工作，包括生教組、活動組及才華發展組，現時是Division C主管，負責主理生命教育組、家聯組及領服組工作。

楊副校相信孩子是未來社會的主人翁，學校就是一個小社會，而教育就讓孩子學習成為社會棟樑，因此學校將為孩子提供一個完整的學習經歷，發展五育，培育正確的價值觀，提升生命的質素。

楊副校深信用愛可以打造孩子的品德，孩子在充滿愛的教育下，可以成為一塊無價寶，能擁有正確價值觀；在發展智育的同時，我們需要讓孩子回歸心靈的培育，讓他們找到學習的快樂，透過不同的課程及活動，讓孩子學會說好話、做好事、存好心，學習做最好的自己。

吳家康副校長( Mr. Sam Ng )先後於香港教育大學、香港理工大學、香港大學取得教育學士、文學碩士及歷史研究碩士學位。吳副校除統籌學生才華發展工作外，亦為中國歷史及文化科科主任。

吳副校一方面致力以優才書院的校本資優課程為核心，有系統地為學生提供質量兼備的資優教育，實踐「多元智能、因材施教、群策群力、琢玉成器」的資優教育理念。另一方面，他亦期望透過帶領學生研習歷史，參與交流活動，讓他們明白學習不為時地所囿。歷史、文化、知識就在身邊，就在生活之中，伸手可及，舉足可至。

吳副校一直深信優才書院帶給學生的絕不只卓越的學術表現，多元的才華發展，更是喜悅的校園生活，開闊的視野。

Ms. Wincy Wong obtained her Master of Drama Education at Griffith University in Australia. She has also acquired a Bachelor of Arts degree in Contemporary English Studies. She has attained the English Language Proficiency Assessment and obtained her Postgraduate Diploma from the Education University of Hong Kong.

Having a background in language and drama education, Ms. Wong is passionate about scriptwriting, performing, poetry reading and writing. She is an experienced teacher who has been working as a facilitator, guiding students to take part in various competitions and events such as Hong Kong Schools Speech Festival, Hong Kong School Drama Festival, Interschool English Radio Drama Competition, and The Hong Kong Budding Innovators Award. Many of her students have received famous awards and extraordinary results. Being the Group Head of Gifted Education Group, Ms. Wong strives hard to work as an advocate for the needs of gifted students and students with high potential, exemplifying effective practice, and developing the potentials of students systematically and strategically by providing them with opportunities to receive education at appropriate levels in a flexible teaching and learning environment. Her mission is to inspire her students to find their direction and reach their full potential.

Ms. Wong enjoys teaching children very much and finds it very satisfying and rewarding. She believes that all children need to feel loved and appreciated. The best way to nourish positive children is to have teachers and parents who love them unconditionally and serve as excellent role models. She is dedicated to bringing out the best in her students in a loving and caring environment.
